Prime Move BD provides comprehensive residential home shifting, corporate office relocation, furniture disassembly/reassembly, appliance uninstallation (AC, TV wall mounts), heavy item lifting, and inter-district transport across all districts of Bangladesh.

All price estimates provided online via our quote calculator or by our logistics officers are binding based on the property specifications provided by the client:

• Quote Basis: Pricing depends on inventory volume, total distance, floor levels at pickup/destination, lift availability, and requested packing materials.
• Price Guarantee: Provided the item list and floor details match the initial booking declaration, the quoted price is 100% fixed with zero hidden surcharges.
• Extra Items / Unplanned Detours: Unlisted heavy appliances or additional stopover locations requested on the moving day will incur a fair, agreed-upon adjustment prior to dispatch.

Our team uses high-density bubble wrap, corrugated cardboard sheets, stretch film, and heavy-duty cartons to protect your furniture and glassware during transit:

• Free Rescheduling: You can change your move date or time free of charge up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time.
• Cancellation Notice: Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance receive a 100% refund of any advance booking deposit.
• Same-Day Cancellation: Cancellations attempted while vehicles or moving crews are en route may incur a minor fuel & labor mobilization fee.

Payment can be settled in cash or via mobile banking (bKash/Nagad) upon successful completion and inspection of your move. For corporate accounts, customized invoice billing terms apply.
